AI voice agents that work your queue.
Recalling runs your outbound floor end to end. An AI profile opens the call, an agent steps in the moment it matters, and every conversation is recorded, transcribed and checked against consent before the number is dialed.

Everything one call needs
The conversation, the list it came from and the record it leaves behind are one product, so nothing has to be reconciled afterwards.
One call, handed to an agent
The AI profile opens, qualifies and hands the live call to an agent at the point you decide. No redial, one recording, one transcript.
AI profiles and voices
One profile per campaign: its kind, its voice and its own instructions.
Scripts in your own words
Write what the AI should say in plain prose, and set the point at which it hands over.
Campaign dialing
Work a list with retry rules, a calling window and the follow-ups that fall due today.
Checked before it dials
Consent, do-not-call and the calling window are cleared before the number leaves the queue.
The rest of the outbound floor, already built
Get the list in, call it on a schedule you set, and keep an account of every conversation that stands up to being asked about later.
- One queue per team, scoped to the team that owns it
- Numbers masked to the last four digits
- Exotel, Plivo or your team’s own phones
- Recording, transcript and outcome on the contact
Call management
One queue per team, ordered by campaign, by retry and by the follow-ups that are due. An agent opens it and knows what to call next without asking anyone.
Follow-ups that come back
Every promised call-back becomes a dated follow-up on someone’s queue, attributed to the member who promised it. Nothing survives on a sticky note.
Contact import that matches
Upload a CSV and numbers are normalized and matched against what is already there, so re-importing a list updates your contacts instead of duplicating them.
Campaigns with rules
Group contacts into a campaign with retry rules and a calling window evaluated in the contact’s own timezone. The default window is 09:00 to 21:00.
Search that answers the question
Filter by campaign, outcome, member or number and answer the thing a manager actually asks: what happened on this number, and who said it.
Agent app
Start on the handsets your telecallers already carry, with the same queue and the same record, then move onto a carrier when the volume justifies it.
Three ways to make the call
Pick the mode per campaign, or per individual call. The queue, the consent checks and the record of what was said are the same in all three.
- Pick the mode per campaign or per call
- Hand over mid-conversation, with no redial
- One recording and one transcript per call
- Consent and calling windows checked in all three
Live call
Manual
Your agent dials from the queue.
History, consent state and past outcomes are on screen before the call connects. The outcome is filed in the same place.
AI
Most usedAn AI profile takes the call.
You set the script, the voice and the hand-over rules. It opens by saying it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
Hybrid
The AI opens, an agent finishes.
The AI qualifies, then passes the live call to an agent at the point you decide. Same call, same recording, no redial.
Built for the floor, and for the audit after it
The parts teams usually bolt together, one queue, one carrier integration, one record of what was said, arrive as a single product with the controls already inside it.

Set up with you
Access is arranged with you in one working day, not activated blind.
Made for the floor
The queue, the live call and the outcome sit on one screen.
Accountable by member
Every call carries the member who made it and the outcome they filed.
Audit-ready
Consent, recording and a hash-chained log on every privileged action.
What changes on the floor
The same list, the same team, and an account of every conversation that nobody has to reconstruct at the end of the month.
Voices that sound human
Generated speech on the call, not a recorded menu tree.
Nothing waits on a reminder
Every promised call-back lands on a queue with a date on it.
More of the list gets called
Retry rules work the queue so agents are not chasing it.
Start on the phones you own
Run on your team’s handsets, move onto a carrier later.
One queue. Every call on the record.
It waits its turn
The AI hears an interruption and gives the floor back, so the call runs as a conversation.
Called at a decent hour
Windows are evaluated in the contact’s own timezone.
The same opening, every time
An AI profile says it on call one and on call one thousand.
One record per conversation
Recording, transcript, outcome and notes, all on the contact.
Built for the teams that answer to an auditor
The controls are part of how a call is placed, not a report generated afterwards. None of them can be turned off for a single call from inside the app.
Before the number is dialed
- Contact is not marked do-not-call
- Consent is on file for this campaign
- Local time is inside the calling window
- Recording is enabled for the organization
Consent checked before dialing
A contact marked do-not-call or opted out never leaves the queue, in campaigns and in manual dialing alike.
Recording on by default
Recording is required at the organization level, so a campaign or an agent cannot opt one call out of it.
Calling windows enforced
Campaign calling is confined to a window evaluated in the contact’s own timezone. The default is 09:00 to 21:00.
Encrypted where it rests
Numbers, addresses and transcripts are encrypted in the database; recordings sit in encrypted object storage in Mumbai.
Hash-chained audit log
Every privileged action is written to a tamper-evident log, so a modified or missing entry can be detected.
Masked by default
Agents see numbers masked to the last four digits, and their own calls rather than the whole floor’s.
Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked on the first call.
What is Recalling?
Recalling is an outbound calling platform. Your team works one queue of contacts, and each call is placed by an agent, by an AI profile, or by both together, with the recording, transcript and outcome kept against the contact.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Recording is required by default, so a call cannot be placed without it. An administrator can relax that for your organization, but nothing else can: a campaign or an agent cannot opt a single call out. Recordings are stored encrypted and played back from the contact’s call history by the people you have given permission to hear them.
How do you handle do-not-call and opt-outs?
A contact marked do-not-call or opted out is not dialed. The check runs before the number leaves the queue, in campaigns and in manual dialing alike. Campaigns are also held to a calling window, evaluated in the contact’s own timezone, so nothing goes out at a time you have not allowed.
Can we combine AI and agents on the same call?
Yes, that is hybrid calling. The AI opens the call and hands over to an agent at the point you decide, on the same call, without redialing the contact. One recording and one transcript cover the whole conversation.
How does AI calling work?
You define an AI profile (what it should say, which voice it uses, and when it should hand over) and attach it to a campaign. The AI opens by saying it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, then speaks to the contact; an agent can listen in or take the call over mid-conversation.
Where is our data stored, and who can see it?
Phone numbers, email addresses and transcripts are encrypted in the database; recordings are held in encrypted object storage in Mumbai. Every read is scoped to the team that owns the contact, and an agent sees their own calls rather than the whole floor’s. The privacy policy names every provider that touches the data and what each one is used for.
Read the privacy policyWhich carriers can we use?
Exotel and Plivo today, plus your team’s own phones for a floor that would rather start on the handsets it already has. Adding a carrier is a change on our side; it does not change how your team works or what the app looks like.
Can we import our contacts?
Yes, by CSV. Numbers are normalized and matched against what is already there, so re-importing a list updates the contacts instead of duplicating them.
Do you train models on our calls?
No. We do not build or train AI models on customer contacts, recordings or transcripts, and we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Where our providers offer it, we ask them not to retain the data either.
What does it cost?
Calls are billed per minute from prepaid credit — a connected call counts at least one minute, the way carriers rate it, and an unanswered call costs nothing. Every project starts on a pay-as-you-go plan with no monthly fee; plans with bundled minutes and lower per-minute rates are available. The rate depends on the carrier you use and whether the call is manual, AI-assisted or fully AI.
